Ms. Wagner has practiced ERISA and employee benefits law for approximately 35 years and founded The Wagner Law Group more than 25 years ago. She graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Cornell University and is a graduate of Harvard Law School.
Ms. Wagner is an authority on employee benefits, including qualified and non-qualified plans, fiduciary matters, deferred compensation and employee benefit agreements.
