We are truly committed to build a community where everyone can grow and thrive.”

But there’s still more to do, which is why we’re once again raising the bar to create fairer workplaces and a brighter future for LGBTQ+ workers everywhere. Congratulations to CarGurus for earning the title of “Best Workplaces for LGBTQ+ Equality” and working to advance inclusion in the workplace. »
IEC 2022 results show how 1,271 U.S.-based companies are promoting not only LGBTQ+-friendly labor policies in the U.S., but also the 56% of IEC-rated companies with global operations that contribute to advancing the cause of LGBTQ+ inclusion in the United States. workplaces abroad. CarGurus’ efforts to meet all IEC criteria have earned it a 100% rating and designation as one of the Best Workplaces for LGBTQ+ Equality.

This year’s IEC reflects growth in all measurement categories, from the adoption of inclusive non-discrimination policies to equitable health care benefits for transgender employees.
The IEC rates employers providing these crucial protections to more than 20 million U.S. workers and an additional 18 million overseas. The CEI rates companies on detailed criteria divided into four central pillars:
- Non-discrimination policies in business entities;
- Equitable benefits for LGBTQ+ workers and their families;
- Support an inclusive culture; and,
